Techpack in, shoe out
You send the techpack. I run it from first samples to production.
You have an idea and a brief. I build the product from that brief.
You are already in production and the pair is drifting. I audit the sample against the techpack and take over the run.

The work
How I work
- Phase 01
Brief and techpack
You send techpack, sketch or reference pair. I review what is buildable and what will fail.
- Phase 02
Materials
Foam, shank, upper, outsole and colorway. Pantone, materials, last and outsole stay on file.
- Phase 03
Sign-off before production
You sign a physical pair that matches the techpack. Production copies that pair.
- Phase 04
On the production line
Materials, size-run, logos, color and construction checked against the approved sample. I am on the floor in Asia during production.
- Phase 05
Production standard
The approved sample stays as reference for the next production.
Terms
Fees and ownership
- You own the techpack and tooling. Take it to any factory.
- Per-project fee quoted after brief review. Sampling billed at cost.
- Paid sample-to-techpack review available. Fee quoted before you commit. Report in 5 days.
- Send your NDA. I will sign it.
